Employment Law Fees & Transparency

Prices include VAT. Published in line with SRA Transparency Rules.

We aim to be clear and upfront about costs. This page shows what our fees usually cover, what may increase cost, and typical timescales. Because Employment Tribunal costs are often borne by each party, we will always discuss proportionality and likely value at an early stage.

A) Settlement Agreement Advice — Fixed Fees (inc VAT)

A settlement agreement is only valid if it is in writing, relates to specific complaints or proceedings, and the employee receives independent legal advice. In many cases, the employer contributes to the legal fee.

Employment Tribunal costs are generally borne by each party. We will always discuss proportionality and likely value before recommending Tribunal action.
